If you are a Sole Trader, you can order up to 5 cards. If you are a Company, you can order anywhere between 2 to 2,000 cards. You can change the number of cards you wish to have at anytime by contacting us.

Our card fees are simple and transparent. There is a one off card purchase of $7.65 (incl. GST) per card. When using the card, there is a $0.75 charge for ATM cash withdrawals and 2% International Foreign Exchange Fee. Read more in our FAQs or PDS.

Once your application is approved, we will place your card order and set you up with access to the Expense Management Portal (Vasco Pay Hub). Your cards will arrive within 10 business days. We can courier the cards to you for bulk orders or if you need your cards urgently.

If the funds are coming from a major bank or financial institution, you will receive your funds within 1 business day. For all other banks, institutions or building/societies, it may take up to 2 business days.

Like debit and credit cards, our Visa Prepaid Cards are protected by Visa’s Zero Liability Policy, which means that you won’t be held responsible for any fraudulent charges or unauthorised purchases made with your card or account information.

Your funds will be held securely at ANZ, one of Australia’s largest and most trusted banks.

The cards are valid for 3 years from when they are issued. You can check the expiry date on the back of the cards.

You will have access to track and download reports on all company card transactions through the Vasco Pay Hub (Card Management Portal). Your individual cardholders will be able to check their account balance via our mobile app.
